I am planning on coming... I'd just like to know where this event is being held... and.. are we eating?!

I plan on bringing some Xenia to share. (forgive me if this is crap, to me its beautiful and I know not if anyone else shares the same opinion)

if someone could post where it will be.. that would be super fab.
