You're right, the post quick reply box does appear to be broken ! I've nver used it so never noticed but you can't just click into the boxx and start typing, then submit as you suggested. That's how it should work. Titus, fix it! Please and thank you :-)

Although, you're really only saving yourself from 1 additional click. 2 clicks to post a "quick reply" rather than 3 clicks to post a normal reply
