Electrecuted or maybe shocked numerous time throughout the years

Last shock was about a week ago at work changing a fluorescent fixture yes stupid as I was doing it knowing have live lines. ...then you know the rest on the ladder with a good jolt through my arm,....no matter how good you think playing electricity always be safe...
