The Ocean Wonders rack is the best one I've tried. I have the Eshopps one as well -- it takes 2 mag floats to keep it from falling when it's even semi-full.

*I just noticed the price went way up on these. I paid $23.40 when I ordered mine from BRS a couple years ago...
