![]() looks like a swim bladder problem. Could be a direct effect of the antibiotics and the good bacterias inside the fish intestine.
I would never treat with antibiotics unless it is 100% sure it is a bacterial disease. Most of the time it is a parasite that is causing the problem and it is better to treat with a broad spectrum medicine like Seachem Paraguard.
