Yup, it will cover it quite well. Bulkreefsupply actually recommends getting a 36" fixture for a 4 foot tank because of its lighting capabilities. At some points, par reached almost 780 which will bleach out corals. Your height is also good too, its not too tall so if the light is too strong, you can always dial it down.
