We have been notified of fatalities by email. Since it was our fault that the corals arrived so cold, we will be giving refunds instead of credits.

To be honest, I am shocked that some corals made it! The water got so cold, its incredible how resilient some corals really are.

We are now shipping with 3-4 heat packs in a box half that size and corals are arriving @ 78F.
