Apparently I'm mistaken though, people continue to get ripped off. Free trade/NAFTA is clearly some kind of joke, since the average schmoe still ends up getting taxed/dutied to the hilt.

I would like to say they are good if they are just used to ship within the same country as they are usually cheaper and faster than Canada Post and USPS, but they are also the only shipping company that has lost 2 of my Costco orders as well. And I believe if you live on the other side of the border then, yes, you get free trade.
