YOu have a magnifica in a 95 gallons tank? wow...those things get quickly to 2' in diameter...way too big even for a 150 gallons.

I would think it's the magnifica that released toxine. Carbon and water change ASAP.

One of my friend lots most of her fish when an anemone got cought in a pump.
