That's great Beth, I absolutely love focaccia bread (thanks Google) and oil and vinegar.
As a seasoning (it's a root I think), I really enjoy licorice actually. You know sometime this summer we should all have a salmon barbecue or something of that ilk. Dear God I'm hungry.
