on your computer, hit start - > programs -> accessories -> paint.
click on file -> open and select your photo from the appropriate folder click on image ->stretch/skew enter in 50% for horizontal and vertical, click ok. In windows explorer go to the folder location of your photo and check the size of it. When you get to 30kb you win. Upload it to canreef. Alternatively send it to me at seamonkey68 at gmail.com and I'll just do it for you.
