it's a 72X34, which is too wide for one row of 3. The tank is also 27" deep, so it's actually a little more than 275 (dimensions changed a little after I started the thread).

The standard would be two rows of three by dimension, but when you follow their units per gallon rule, puts it under by about 1 light. Since I want an even number and am concerned about being able to grow clams and the like on the sand-bed, I was going to bump it up by two more units. Also, I've been following a couple tanks on RC that have used more than the recommended number on larger, deeper tanks and are having great success. There is a frag chamber in the sump that I would put the extra 2 if it ended up being overkill.

That is an excellent point. I actually just e-mailed them to see if they plan on releasing them in Canada as well. Shipping plus customs from the states would make them far less compelling.
