It all depends on what ya got in your sump. I like to have a turn over of about 5 to 8 times per hour. I don't know it that answers your question. Please forgive my math but at 60 gallons with a 200 gallon an hour return makes it roughly 3 to 3.5 times an hour turn over?
What kind of set up well you being running? Fish only, fish only with live rock, reef?
