Sketch-up is the best for someone who is not a draftsman already.
(I hate it personally but that is because I am a ACAD & Revit user, and think like a draftsman) ACAD is good, but it takes quite a bit to learn how to use it properly. That comes from someone that has taught many people to use it, and that was re-teaching ones from college.
