LF opinions on best skimmer for a heavy stocked 210 gallon mixed reef w/ 75 gal sump

plan to stock with sps and some lps for coral... many tangs and a few angels... heavy stock... either in sump or external... so far I am leaning towards the SWC's.... one of these...
