Default Lymphocystis Virus noticed in Quarantine - Help

Alright so I have identified what is on my Copperband in Quarantine. I thought it was ich but after monitoring and research have identified it as the Lymphocystis Virus. There are white growths on the tips of all his fins along with one wart-like lump on the side of his body.

What to do?

I have been doing some research on the virus and nothing really says there is a cure for it or a way to treat it. Has anyone had any experience of there own with this virus? What did you do? I have a leopard wrasse and diamond head goby in the quarantine with the butterfly. They are showing no signs whatsoever so far and all fish are eating very well. Not sure what to do on this one. . . . Could use some advice!
