Today was the first day of MH , it was on for an hour , wow my corals loved it
 specially my RBTA , only some mushrooms on the top squished a little bit.Heat did not increased at all (my tank is running pretty hot in summer about 84 in the afternoon and 82 in the night and morning) , so far I really like this fixture
