Coral Beauty multiple illness?

Alright I have the QT set up. Its currently being heated up to 82F and I mixed a new batch of salt. It should be ready for tomorrow to put her in.
What salinity should It be around? 1.022 ?? Less?
How long of a FW dip? 5 min?
Should i feed chunks of minced garlic?
I will need to go to the lfs to see if they have any broad spectrum antibiotics.

No she doesnt look like she has a powder on her at all. Its like an overall cloudyness now but her colour is very very pale. Her eye is very cloudy now too. The clowns are still fine. But my coral have been closed up for most of today. Something is going on with my tank. Im going to test it again now. A couple days ago all params were perfect, no changes from any previous tests.

I have no idea whats going on.
