So I decided to just pull the thing apart. Not really one to shy away from pulling something apart. Not really much to them inside. Started playing around, checking this, swapping that. Found the capacitor faulty.
 Started looking a little closer. I think I may have found why the capacitor doesnt work anymore. Seems to me I remember reading a forum that said when a capacitor fails it usually blows up.  Now the fun part of tracking one of these down starts. Im not sure anyone in town will know. We do seem to have a high number of hydroponic stores in our town for some reason........ haha.. oh well there probably my best bet anyways.
