sorry about the late reply, as the other guys have suggested, a chiller of some kind would probably be the best bet on cooling if you dont have a means of dealing with the evaporation. I would look into peltier based cooling systems like the iceprobe or nano customs own nano cooling system. Both are peltier based and both work very efficiently. Having owned one of the iceprobes in the past i can say that peltiers can easily keep a nano tank in the low 80s if not high 70s.
