The easiest way is for one person to put everything on his credit card. J&L breaks the shipping charges down on each person's invoice. The upon arrival and distribution the person who paid for it all collects the money back.

You can phone in individual orders also. J&L will still break the shipping charges down for each individual as far as I know.
