The other place I have an opportunity to move into is a friends Townhouse but he doesn't want anything this size in his first home (still being built actually), just in case some horrible leak happened, and I respect that, as a 100G break/leak could ruin his place, and 2 neighbors possibly. Might be allowed a smaller tank, so I may re-incarnate the 30G tank.. but still need to discuss that with him in detail.
