advice?

So i found the site with a diy skimmer and i'm just looking for some feed back.
I'm new to saltwater and looking to make set-up has cheap as possible.
so if you can take a look at this site and let me know if you think this will work and be useful to me that would be great.

so far i have, 1-maroon clown, 1-dark orange clown, 1-domino damsel, 1-green chromis, 4-red scarlett hermit crabs, 2-blue legged hermit crabs, 3-margarits snails.
