FS: Bucket of Livesand and LIverocks - $50

I made some major changes so I have a bucket of livesand and liverocks available. Livesand should be enough for a 10-15 gallon tank. There should be around 13-15 lbs of liverocks on it. A couple pieces of lots of coraline algae on it.

First come first serve.
Anyone who comes pick it up now, you can take it for $40 + a free 5 gallon tank* + small clump of chaeto.
I'll be up for a little while doing some cleaning. Please PM me with your contact number as I will be checking frequently.
Located around Cambie/Marine Dr. area so now is the time if you dislike afternoon/early evening traffic

*a little info on the 5 gallon tank. It is a Hagen tank, bought brand new around 1/2 year ago. Black sealant and in good condition.
