LF: Canadian Supplier PanWorld Pumps

Can anyone provide the name of a Canadian retailer who can supply me with a 250PS PanWorld pump? Right now I'm dealing with KGO Group Ltd but I'm not really liking the sales guy since he originally quoted me $700! I've got him down to $400 now but I really just hate sales guys that play these kinds of games.

Anyone that can provide me with an honest standard retail price will get the sale without question.
