to catch a mantis?

I have a mantis thats eating my hermits and my shirimp and im pretty sure a 4 gobies

i dont know how long I have had him and i have not added anything new in a while now. I must have disrupted his home when i re did my aquascape this weekend. Is there anything i can find around the house to try to trap him? anyone have any tips or tricks for me?
