Anyone had this happen to their fish? Bristle worm attacked my tailspot blenny?????

well now as we speek about bristle worm bristles in our fish I now have a bi colored dotty back with a mouth and face full of bristles. Seems they have a taste for them there worms. Info on them said they seek out and eat worms in the substrate, it's true.
I think its called a cominly called a dotty back or sammie that is names that the write up metioned. I think I have a poor pic of him I will try and up load
