FS: Live Rock & Dry Base Rock (Vancouver)

Hi everyone,

I'm shutting down my SW tank as the 2nd kid is due at the end of this month and I just don't think I'll have the time to baby this thing anymore so my loss is your gain. I've got probably 60-70lbs of live rock that's been in my tank since February. I already gave away my fish so right now, the only livestock I have in my tank are some hermits, snails and a pistol shrimp. I've also got a box full of dry base rock that I purchased from Bulk Reef Supply. Probably around 30 or 40 lbs worth.

Here's a pic I took tonite of the live rock in my 90 gallon.



I'd like to sell as much of the live rock as soon as possible so that I can shut this tank down. Anyhow, I'd like to get $4/lb for the live stuff and $2/lb for the dry base rock. PM me for more info.
