Default Feeding Open Brain

I acquired an open Brain (I believe its Trachyphyllia sp.) a few weeks back and everything I have read regarding these corals is that they should be fed occasionally to ensure survival. I haven’t been having much success getting it to eat (so to speak) and was wondering about others experience with these corals.

I did manage to feed it a small piece of silverside a couple of weeks past, but since then nothing. It doesn’t seem to send out feeder tentacles (not that I’ve seen) and it seems to feed only from central mouth cavity.

How often do you feed these corals?

What do you feed?

Tips/tricks?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
