bike carrier?

I was just wondering if anyone has or knows where to find a bicycle chariot, for children like the one the below. We looked at bow cycle, but they were a little out of our price range.
If anyone has one they'd like to get rid of, or knows where we could find a cheaper one, that'd be greatly appreciated.
