I sent the following message to Burc:
Hey Burc, We are trying to coordinate our pick up, but we cannot until we get a solid delivery date set with you. Can you please give us an indication what the delay is, or if there is a problem with the order. I know you are busy, but it is hard for anyone to plan their own schedules until we know whats going on. Sorry for the inconvenience. Patrick
