Baby seahorses at Aquarium Enthusiasts need help

Yesterday I went to Aquarium Enthusiasts and they had a tank up front with baby seahorses. The guy there said they weren't intentionally breeding them - and really didn't know how to feed or take care of the babies. He said last time they breed someone took them and raised them.

Anyway, if anyone has the ability to desire to try and raise these babies, I'd suggest contact Aquarium Enthusiasts asap.
