 WOW They replied already! Awesome tech support!!! Here's their response: "hello,The Reef Plus is still perfectly fine to use. You only really need to refrigerate it if you plan on keeping it around for a while. All this does is preserves some of the nutrients for a longer period of time. Let us know if we can assist further." Looks like I didn't just flush $17 down the toilet, yay!
