ok for you civie folks like LANCE TREE HUGGER GUY. lol
once you have shown that you are able to be a leader in the Canadian forces you are able to go on a leadership course to so you can get promoted.... for the leadership course there are mods or like stages that you need to complete 1,2,3,4,5 is the basics of being a leader and MOD 6 is pretty much field time to learn to lead a combat section attack, patrols sneak and peek, living out in the woods and trying not to whine about it , SO i go up to to teach and mark thier ability to become a leader. to get passing mark from me you have to know your crap. I'm the instructor that every one hates......
