The one and only time I did this before (ie. group order) they just asked for a list of names and then whatever you ordered individually on the site before a certain deadline just got the lower price automatically. Worked well because then it was easy to pay with a CC, and one person didn't have to worry about ordering everything on behalf of the others and so on. I'm guessing the process is the same? But if not let us know and I guess I'll start thinking about what I actually want to order.
