House of Tools maybe? I'm not sure. I remember a couple years back I looked for some local suppliers of diamond bits (there is a category in the yellow pages IIRC), but they were not cheap. Most of the places seem to be geared towards more industrial users.

One thing I noticed, just looking at MOPS.ca to see their selection because I thought maybe 1" sounds like an odd size, and I notice that they have 14mm bits and then the next size up is 30mm.

14mm is I think about 5/8" which is good for a float valve, 30mm is slightly over 1" (I think it works out to about 1-3/16"). May I ask, what are you drilling the hole for? I have a 5/8" bit and a 1-3/4" bit if it helps, you're welcome to borrow. Although it sounds huge, 1-3/4" is the hole size you want for a 1" bulkhead. The bulkhead walls are pretty thick.
