sea cucumber. harmless critter that will either eat poop and bacteria off the sand and rocks or filter feed the water column. Judging by colour, it probably is toxic, but at such a small size, probably won't do any harm even if it did croak. Consider covering your intakes and overflows with filter floss or something to prevent chopping the lil guy up.
