I must say I agree with what your saying here. I think it's silly, and I hope this doesn't become a trend.. but I suppose in the end, $1 isn't too bad. If you shop, you get your dollar back, if not, well... you don't get your buck back.. but that would in my eyes, draw customers away even more. Now window shopping will cost you a fee.
