60g+15g

In about 2 months ill drill my tank but im not sure of the size of the bulkhead, overflow and return pump!

Main tank is 60g and the sump is 15g, here's what im thinking:

1'' intake with ball valve
3/4'' return
Mag 5 pump
Overflow size?
