lighting decision.. need some help!

im building a 33g reef. im presently collecting all my equipment for a start up date in may or june. im trying to decide on lighting. the tank will stand in the living room so im looking for a nice PC lighting hood, im down to deciding between two, and i need some help. I have never seen these hoods in person and i have to order them online due to my location...
so here are the choices..

1) Coralife 36 IN AQUALIGHT POWER COMPACT 2X96W $399.99
1-96 watt Actinic and 1-96 watt 10,000K (lamps inc.) 192watts total.

2) Allglass PC STRIP LIGHT- 36" 110W $199.99
Two GE® 9325° Kelvin 55 watt lamps inc. 110watts total

Both prices i found were from Big Als, but if you know of another supplier with good prices id love to hear about them!
Is the diffrence of 82watts really worth the $200.00?? What do ya think?
