Not everyone with a saltwater tank is a rabid hobbyist, lots of people just like pretty moving furniture. They want somebody to do everything for them.
I'm don't agree with everything he said but I think he did an ok job considering the audience it was aimed at.
I havent met those other type of SW hobbyist that you speak of, just us rabid ones.
