Refugium flow rate

I'm setting up a refugium (about time) for my tank and was wondering what kind of flow do I want?
The tank I'm gonna use is a 10 gallon with a 1 inch hole drilled in the top corner for overflow. I'm gonna have a DSB and some macro algae with a 65 watt PC light. Any info would be helpfull.
