planing new tank(for next year)

ok i,am looking at a new tank.(for next year summer)
who in canada makes tanks.
i am looking at a 90 gal.
dimensions i,am looking at are.
48x22x20 with external overflows.
i,am looking at going sps with this one.
should i be looking at a closed loop.
any help with this bad boy would be awesome.
i want to call around and get some prices.
so tell me who to call.
