Nothing wrong with eating seahorses or shark fin (which is a delicacy dish).
Barring personal tastes, not everyone hs the opportunity to make $50,000+ per year like us. If people in mainland China had to eat undomesticated dogs to fill their stomachs, so be it. BTW, ginger beef is basically cheap meat that made a quick dish. Luckily, foreigners paid for it and ate it up like it was a special Asian dish. Owned.
