You should check out Shark Reef in Mandalay Bay hotel/casino. As for shows like DanG said cirque would be great and the magic shows are always good. You could also check out the Hoover dam. You will want to have your spending cash with you cause to use a bank machine in a casino will cost you a bunch extra in service charges, if you do need money drive to someplace off the strip.
