LF- 36" T5 or MH light fixture or pendant-Vancouver

I am looking for supplemental lighting. 175-250 watts MH pendant or 36" fixture prefered. Also interested in finding a 36" T5 fixture with legs. Maybe 2 or 4, 39 watt bulbs. Looking to spend between $150-200 but will spend more depending on the lights. Looking for something a year or so old.
