Lighting q - 150w 14k Phoenix MH with...?

I'm trying to figure out if the best option here would be to go with straight 03 actinic bulbs (65w each) or to go with 50/50 to even out the spectrum and increase the PAR readings for the bulb.

What are everyeones thoughts? I want to go blue rather than the "white/yellow" i have now, but I don't want to lose out too much on the quality.
