Keana, the only way your situation could be the same as the people in Calgary is, if your tank water is of the same quality as a bag of tank water that has been sitting in a bus depot for 5 days.
I would look at possible chemical warfare or some imbalance for why your zoa melted as most local people have had great success with the frags.
