Possibly the most boring video ever posted to the net but still... fish geeks will be fish geeks.

Apparently it is a good idea to tumble you M.A. in the refugium. This reduces water flow dead spots and exposes more algae to the light. I haven't been able to achieve this for a long time but after switching refugium and skimmer chambers, thinning out the macro and the addition of a simple Hydor powerhead I did it. It's like having a tornado in the sump. I was so tickled I had to share (click on image)
