flourescents
i have a retro flourescent ballast.its wattage is 2x 20 watt.i want to use it on a 10 gal and wonder how long 2 15 watt lamps would survive.also what about the light would the spectrum stay true to the rating of the bulb.any other concerns about this such as heat?
